SaaS solution for recruitment. The goal of this solution is to reduce the time for recruitment and to raise quality. The programs consists of three modules: 1) a CV’s aggregator 2) "intelligent" search system analysing the CVs of candidates 3) scoring candidates

 

Technologies: PHP (Zend Framework), MySQL, Sphinx, nginx, semantic analysis, search algorithms, web-ontology, web - services.

 

Achievements: The project was selected in” IIDF” accelerator (one of the biggest Russian acсelerators); In the progress of work had been developed original search algorithms based on statistical and semantic analysis of text summaries and algorithms for weighting and ranking of candidates, allowing to analyse of CVs context
